Welcome to Focus Board ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our iOS application and related services. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Your preferences are saved locally on your device and automatically synced to iCloud if enabled.
Goal Data: Your areas (categories), goals, subgoals, status, progress, and any optional notes you enter are stored locally and synced to iCloud if enabled.
No User Accounts: The app does not require account creation.
We do not collect, store, track, or analyze usage data for advertising purposes.
We use locally stored data only for the following purposes:
Providing core app functionality (e.g., organizing goals, progress tracking, and status changes).
Syncing your data across devices via iCloud (if enabled).
Processing subscriptions securely through Apple (if offered). We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Local Storage: App settings and goal data are stored on your device.
iCloud Sync: If iCloud is enabled, your data is securely stored in Apple’s iCloud servers. iCloud data is stored in the user's private iCloud account, and we do not have access to this data.
No External Servers: We do not transfer your goal data to third-party servers.
We use Apple’s payments system for in-app purchases (if offered).
We do not collect, process, or store any payment details.
Apple handles all payments and billing.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on their device.
If you contact us for support, we may collect:
Your email address (as part of your inquiry).
Any information you voluntarily provide in your message.
We will only use this information to respond to your request and will not store or share your email beyond necessary communication.
You have the following rights regarding your data:
Modify or delete saved goals and settings in the app.
Opt-out of iCloud Sync: Disable iCloud sync in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.
Delete the App: Removing the app deletes locally stored data from your device. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud settings.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us at mailto:info@multifocuslabs.com
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. If there are significant changes, we may notify users via an in-app message.
